Breaking News!

As of Saturday the 29th, 11:15 AM Central time, CNN reports that the Labor Certification documents are on their way to Erhan Onal's immigration attorney at Minneapolis. The details are not clear at this moment, but some undisclosed news sources report that some sort of an "Express Mail" envelope was seen with Erhan Onal just before it disappeared in a pile of mail for processing. If these reports are accurate, it may mean that the Labor Certification documents may be on their way to the State Workforce Agency of Minnesota as early as next week. Our coverage will continue throughout the week.

Expiring, expiring, expired!

Well, we still have not applied for the labor cert. My hopes are fading.

Prevailing Wage determination expiring soon

Prevailing wage determination will expire on February 15th. It means that the forms have to be filed with the state before this date.
