I tried MSN Spaces, but it required people to sign-in with their MSN passports to post a comment. That is an inexcusable problem.

Woot! For a final solution, you can allow anonymous comments.
Yes, I figured that would be the default option, but it wasn't. Now it allows anonymous comments. Thanks - Erhan
